7. Return Policy
Our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of our luxury inventory:
- Returns are accepted only for items that are "not as described"
- You must notify us of any inconsistencies within 24 hours of receiving the item
- Items must be returned in the exact condition received, including all original components and accessories
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria

8. Financing — Affirm
We offer financing options through Affirm. Rates range from 0–36% APR. Payment options are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by Affirm's lending partners (affirm.com/lenders). Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required.

Example: A $800 purchase could be split into 12 monthly payments of $72.21 at 15% APR. Actual terms will vary based on your creditworthiness and purchase amount.

UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED IN OUR WATCH WARRANTY POLICY, ASSET APPEAL DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH RESPECT TO OUR WEBSITE AND THE PRODUCTS WE SELL. YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ASSET APPEAL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS ("COMPANY PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR ANY PURCHASE MADE THROUGH IT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN ALL CASES, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF COMPANY PARTIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO: (I) THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC ITEM IN DISPUTE; OR (II) ONE THOUSAND U.S. DOLLARS ($1,000.00) FOR ALL OTHER MATTERS. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY UNDER WHICH A CLAIM IS BROUGHT.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Company Parties harmless from any and all claims, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and travel expenses) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Website, or your purchase of any items from us.
12. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of our Website or purchase of products from us shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada or the state courts of Clark County, Nevada. You acknowledge that any breach of these Terms may cause irreparable harm to Asset Appeal for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in addition to any other remedies available at law.
