Returns are only accepted for items that are "not as described." All sales are otherwise considered final. We encourage customers to review all listing details, photos, and descriptions thoroughly prior to purchase.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be not as described — returns are not accepted for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item of any inconsistencies or discrepancies.
- The item must be returned in the exact condition as received, including all original components, accessories, and packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Restocking Fee
20%
Restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
This fee is deducted from the refund amount and covers inspection, repackaging, and processing costs associated with returned luxury items.

- Provide your order number, a description of the discrepancy, and supporting photos.
- Our team will review your request and respond with next steps if the return is approved.
- Do not ship the item back until you have received written approval from our team.
