How can I source a special watch that is not listed on your website?

If you are looking for a specific watch that is not currently listed on our website, please contact our team with the details of the watch you are seeking. We have access to a vast network of trusted suppliers and can assist you in sourcing the watch you desire.

Are there any discounts or promotions available for purchasing watches?

Yes, we offer a 3.5% discount for wire transfer transactions. This discount will be applied automatically during the checkout process.

What payment methods do you accept for purchasing watches?

We process payments for watch purchases through MagicPay, a secure and trusted payment platform. You can use major credit cards or choose the wire transfer option for the 3.5% discount. We also accept Affirm Payment financing options. 

How long does it take for an order to ship?

The shipping time for each watch listing is indicated on the product page. Most watches are readily available and can be shipped within 48-72 business hours after the order is placed & payment is confirmed. 

What shipping methods do you use and is shipping free?

We ship all orders up to $150,000 via FedEx Overnight services, insured and free of charge within the continental United States. The watches are carefully packaged to ensure their safe delivery. Orders of $150,000+ & larger overseas orders will be delivered by Malka Amit, Armoured Transport. All our orders are packaged under surveilance cameras, for full transparency & peace of mind.

Do I need to sign for the delivery of my watch?

Yes, for security purposes, all watch orders must be signed for & identification presented upon delivery. This helps ensure that the package reaches you safely and minimizes the risk of loss or theft.

Can I pick up my watch in person instead of having it shipped?

After a non-refundable deposit is placed on your order, you are welcome to come to our Las Vegas Office & Showroom to pick up the watch in person. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. However, please note that additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply. Contact our team for further assistance regarding international orders.

What is the refund policy for watches and jewelry purchases?

At Asset Appeal, our sales are generally final. However, we understand that occasionally there may be issues or defects with the items you receive. If you encounter any problems, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase.

How do I initiate a return or exchange if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

If you need to return or exchange an item due to a defect or issue, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us by email at info@assetappeal.com or by phone at 786-300-6289. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. Please do not ship any items back before a  "Return Authorization Number" has been provided by our staff and approved. 

Are there any exceptions to your standard refund policy? 

In most cases, our sales are final. However, if you receive an item that is significantly different from its description or arrives defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

How soon will I receive my refund after initiating a return?

Once we receive the returned item and it has been inspected, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Do you offer any warranty or guarantee on your watch and jewelry products?

Yes, most new and pre-owned luxury watches come with their respective manufacturer's warranty, when applicable. For jewelry, we provide a 30-day warranty on any issues related to the craftsmanship. All watches are covered by a 12 month warranty on the function & movement. All items purchased from Asset Appeal also come with a Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee.

Are vintage watches accepted?

Absolutely! We have a strong interest in vintage watches and are always interested in evaluating them.

 

How do I get a quote for my watch?

To receive a quote, simply fill out our quote request form on our website and provide details about your watch. Generally, you can expect to receive a quote within 1-2 business days. Please provide as many details as possible. 

  

Is the quote obligation-free?

Yes, our quotes are completely obligation-free. You can decide whether or not to proceed with the sale.

 

Is there any cost or fee associated with getting a quote?

No, getting a quote from Asset Appeal is free of charge. There are no hidden costs or fees.

 

What factors determine the value of my watch?

The value of your watch is influenced by factors such as brand reputation, model rarity, condition, market demand, availability, and current market trends.

 

How does the selling process work?

Once you accept our offer, we will provide you with detailed instructions on shipping your watch to us. After receiving and inspecting the watch, we will finalize the sale and issue your payment.

 

Can I sell multiple watches at once?

Absolutely! We welcome sellers with multiple watches and can provide you with an offer for each timepiece.

 

Do I need to have the original box and papers?

While having the original box and papers can enhance the value of your watch, they are not mandatory for us to consider buying it.

 

How do I ship my watch to Asset Appeal?

Once you accept our offer or decide to do our Consignment program, we will provide you with a shipping label and detailed instructions on how to securely package and ship your watch to us. Everything is fully insured on our end from the moment it's scanned in physically by Fedex & dropped off. 

 

Is shipping covered by Asset Appeal?

Yes, we provide complimentary shipping labels for you to send your watch to us. The fully insured shipping costs are covered by Asset Appeal.

 

How long does it take for my watch to be sold?

We strive to sell watches within 30 days or less. However, the actual duration may vary depending on market demand and other factors. Many watches are sold in under 10 days, when priced in accordance of the market. 

 

When will I receive payment for my watch?

Once the sale is finalized, we typically process payments within 24 hours. You can choose from various payout methods for your convenience. Bank wire is the most commonly requested. Zelle is used for smaller transaction amounts. 

 

How is the payment made?

We offer different payment options, including bank wire transfer, ACH & other secure electronic payment methods.

 

Are there any additional fees or commissions deducted from the sale price with Consignment?

No, there are no additional fees deducted from the agreed-upon sale price aside from the fixed commission rate we collect for our services. The amount offered is the amount you will receive, less the agreed upon consignment rate. A consignment agreement is provided outlining all the specifics including the minimum agreed upon sales price. If we receive any offers below the agreed upon price(s), we will reach out to you for discussion.

 

What happens if I change my mind after accepting the offer?

If you have a change of heart after accepting our offer, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation. Typically, no orders can be canceled once they are confirmed & paid. 

 

Can I trade my watch for another watch in your inventory?

Yes, we offer trade-in options, allowing you to exchange your watch for another timepiece from our extensive inventory.

What happens if my watch doesn't meet the description I provided?

It is essential to provide accurate and honest information about your watch during the evaluation process. If there are significant discrepancies, we will work with you to find a fair resolution. All timepieces are tested for functionality and inspected thoroughly to ensure they are operating within the manufacturer's specifications. 

 

Can I sell my watch if it requires repairs or servicing?

Yes, we consider watches that require repairs, complete overhauls and/or servicing. Our appraisers will assess the value based on the current condition and factor in any necessary repairs or servicing after physically inspecting the timepiece. 

 

Do you purchase watches with aftermarket modifications or customizations?

Yes, we buy watches with aftermarket modifications or customizations. However, the value of the watch may be affected by the modifications, and our appraisers will assess the watch accordingly.

 

Can I sell my watch if I don't have the original manufacturer's warranty?

Yes, you can still sell your watch even if you don't have the original manufacturer's warranty. The warranty status will be considered during the appraisal process, but it does not necessarily prevent you from selling your watch.

 

Are there any specific requirements for international sellers?

We welcome international sellers. However, please note that additional documentation and shipping arrangements may be required. We have insured shipping limits for certain countries. Contact our team for further assistance and guidance. 

 

How do you determine the authenticity of the watches you purchase?

We have a team of experienced watch experts who carefully authenticate every watch we purchase. We utilize various industry-standard methods and resources to ensure the authenticity of the watches. Our team has over a combined 100 years of experience.
